By accessing and using Cloudsidian ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cloudsidian is a note-taking application that allows users to create, edit, and sync markdown notes with their personal Google Drive account. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• The content you create and store using the Service.
• Ensuring you have the necessary rights to use and store your content.

4. Privacy and Data Ownership

Your notes are stored on your device and in our cloud database. Cloudsidian does not own your content and does not store your notes on its own servers beyond what's necessary for cloud sync. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Pro Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service require a paid Pro subscription. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time, with notice provided to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudsidian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
